Staff was very helpful... Mix up in reservation was solved quickly room was very clean.. Very quiet for a holiday weekend.

Location: the hotel was near the ballpark and Close to the park. Popped in Capitol Grounds for shots before sleep, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

Fancy hotel, the stay was really good, perfect location to the work out area. Location: the property was so close to restaurants and sporting arenas, and the canal, museums, state capitol. There was cafe Cafe Patachou, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The breakfast was complimentary, and the staff were attentive. Excellent service was provided here.

The location was fantastic, offering nice skyline views that added to our overall experience. Breakfast included good fruit salads that my family loved. We faced issues with parking charges, incorrectly processed multiple times, and it took significant effort to resolve them. We encountered an insect problem in our room that was rather unpleasant .

The location is fantastic, with easy access to downtown attractions and a comfortable feel overall. The room's layout is a bit awkward, and the sliding bathroom doors don't provide privacy. Thankfully, the staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good.

Amazing hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I'll always remember how the staff assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable experience. Coming back for Xmas!

The location was fantastic, right near Lucas Stadium. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with nice amenities like a coffee maker and a mini-fridge. The breakfast offered a great variety, including quiche and make-your-own waffles, which I loved. One was down , causing long waits to get to my room. The sofa bed was not what I expected. Instead of a double, it was a trundle twin, which disappointed me. The towels provided were insufficient for the number of guests in my room, and it took a while to receive the extras I requested.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with a awesome breakfast offering including plenty of delicious options to start your day. The connection to other nearby properties through skywalks makes exploring the area easy and convenient, especially with the airport just 20 km away.

Staff were super nice and helpful during our 2-night stay. We had a spacious room with a king bed, sofa bed, and a skyline view from the top floor. It was clean and had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The fitness center was a great bonus for staying active. Loved the location too, close to fun spots.
